How to Create App Permission Password

Note: To Create App Password In Zoho Account, You need to Enable the IMAP Access

Step-1

Log in to the Zoho account, and click on the profile section of the account.

Step-2

Now, tap on the My account option under the profile section.

Step-3

After that, find the Security tab and click on it. Again choose the app passwords from the security tab.

Step-4

Here, you have to select for Generate app password option.

Step-5

Now, enter the app name and tap on the Generate button.

Step-6

As you are changing the security of the account. Here you have to verify the account by entering the password.

Step-7

Copy the 12 digit password (app password) & tap the close button.

How to Turn-On Multi-Factor Authentication in Zoho

Step-1

Firstly, Sign in to Zoho Account and click on the profile section of the account. Additionally, tap on the My account option.

Step-2

After that, click on the Multi-factor authentication option from the left side of the interface.

Step-3

Find the SMS-based OTP section and click on the Setup Now.

Step-4

Here, select your country code and enter the mobile number. Again click on the Next button.

Step-5

After that, enter the OTP received on the entered mobile number, hit on the Verify option. (You have successfully turned on the Multi-factor Authentication)

How to Enable IMAP Access in Zoho

Step-1

Enter the login credentials of your Zoho account and tap the Sign In button.

Step-2

Now, find the Mail Icon from the displayed wizard and click on it.

Step-3

Here, tap on the Setting/Gear icon from the upper right side of the wizard.

Step-4

Again, tap on the Mail option and find the Mail account section.

Step-5

Here, click on the Add IMAP Account under the mail account section.

Step-6

After that, click on the IMAP tab. Then, check the checkbox of Pop-Access. Additionally, tap on the Save button.
